    cutting macros

    im 6 foot 3 inchs
    86.5 kg
    17 % bf

    my tdee is 2600

    im gonna go for 2000 calories a day

    protein :185 grams
    fats : 125 grams
    carbohydrates : 50 grams

    is this alright for cutting ?

    macros add up to 2065. i wouldnt cut 600 calories below TDEE at your stats. why low carb and high fats?

    2100 calories

    45 % protein : 236 grams

    40 % fats : 93 grams

    15 % carbs : 79 grams

    looks fine if you like your macros that way. try that calorie level for 2 weeks. aim for .5-1lb loss per week
