    in search of Dextrose/simple carb powder

    im having trouble finding a good dextrose/ simple carb powder to take with my post workout shake, every result i get is complex carbs. was hoping someone would be able to link me to, or recommend me, a good one.

    Tis bulking season.. Just over a very bad injury (broken collar bone + seperated shoulder) lost any weight I had... Waiting for the all clear from the doc and 22lbs of lean mass will be going back on in 2 months
