i see ridiculous potential, most people as tall as you are at your age are below 150 pounds. most tall kids at my school are twigs.
with only 4 weeks training your back looks very solid. keep hitting the weights and eating consistently and you could become pretty damn enormous.height: 5'6 1/2
weight: 147.5 goal: 165 at 8-9%bf
Box squat maxes: mid box 315x10
paralell squat: 335x1 (belt + wraps)
deadlift: 315 x 6 raw
