Hahah. The feel of a box 4-5 below parallel box is weird!

Wow, its weirder than I thought. I was just pre checking the box and OMG it is weird. It feels a lot different than a box about 2 inches below parallel. So, anyways:

1: Have you ever used a box 4-5 inches below parallel? If so, how does it compare to your regular full squat weight(Raw, if possible.)?

2: Will a box of this depth below parallel definately be how much I can regularly squat since it is so low?

3: This improves the very bottom of the squat right? If so, how effective can it be?

    Thanks.

Hahaha. I know what you mean. A 6 inch box is really hard too.
Have you ever used a box for ME Squat? I've only used the 12 inch box, so I'm gonna compare the shorter box. Wish me luck, and this time, I WON'T be injured!

i use to squat off a 7 inch box all the time i'd bring my stance in about 5 inches on each side to get on the box, i squatted 360+ off a 7 inch box with a 40'' stance, LOTS OF HAMS on a short box
I've seen a 15 year old deadlift 440 lbs. first time ever touching a weight
I've witnessed a begginer increase there total 350 lbs. the first month
I myself can show you men bench pressing 821 lbs. men deadlifting nearly 940 lbs. men squatting 1104 lbs.
Powerlifting the sport of imposibility to Bodybuilders everywhere

Whats my post workout drink? half a bottle of Jack Daniels No. 7 sounds about right

How flexible are you dude?! BTW, thanks for the answers. So, the box squat was less than your real squat, right? Maybe I'm expecting too much for tomorrow. Maybe 170-175. Oh well. I'm aiming for 180-185.
