    How much cardio should I be doing per day?

    height: 6'1
    weight: 201 lbs
    age:29
    bf% over 30

    For now my short term goal is to get the body fat down down down to a level where I can then bulk. I'm eating very healthy, around 2000 calories per day and I work out 4 times per week. So when I run or do the elliptical, how long should I go per day?

    I think you could eat a tad more in calories, but we'll leave that alone.

    30-40 minutes of medium intensity 4-5 days a week is fine

    or

    15-20 minute of HIIT for 3 days a week is fine.
