So I enjoy working out. Do it about 6 days a week. But ive begin to wanting more out of it. I want to look cut and everything ......like a model or body builder. As my diet goes, I eat alot of protein, but it just isnt giving me the results I want, and I read about "teen body builder of the week" and see how much they eat. So I am basically asking, How come they don't get fat? Because it seems like they eat a awful lot. And what is a good supplement to take for what im looking to achieve? Because as of right now, im dont take anything.

you can gain muscle fairly easy if you eat a lot of food immediatly after your workout... read a little bit here and there about these topics
pre and post workout nutrition
how sugars/ fast digesting carbs affect your physique
timing of your food
(bodybuilding/ looking good is really about 30% hard work, 69% nutrition, and 1% about reps)

Wellll if you haven't been in the game long... a good first protein is cyto gainer... its got a lot of calories for post workout building muscle... and its also go a little creatine... So thats my thinking for protein/creatine... check it out and see how it works for you...I used it when i was in hs and got some pretty good mass out of it.
other than that... good multivitamins.... animal pak (but it has 11 pills... some people have a problem with that) or Orange Triad by CL.... its a pretty good one as well.... but if you're just getting started... go ahead and just get a run of the mill vitamin. I just use centrum 1/2 when i wake up...1/2 before and 1/2 after my workout (1 and 1/2 pills a day)
Make sure to also pick up some fish oil... and take 2 caps in the morning with breakfast and 2 caps before bedtime...
