Ok I wanna start lifting seriously, but I'm pretty big. I've already lost a lot of weight and I'm not sure whether I should lose more weight before I start lifting for bulk/size.
175 lbs. [mix of fat and muscle]... used to weigh 280 lbs.
Do you guys think I should lose more weight before I start
Also, since I'm fat [becuz I was lazy for many years] I don't even know what my body type is... and this makes a big difference. If I'm an endo then I can't take in a whole lot of calories[to get big] or else I'll get a lot fatter.... IDk what to do...
btw i would post pics but idk how... can sum1 tell me?
