9 to 5 Diet Help

I just got a 9-5 job and I am trying to get some meal/diet plan ideas. I'm trying to lean up for the summer so any input or suggestions would be great. I really don't know how I can pack 2000-3000 Calories in when I am at a desk all day. Breakfast is covered and pre and post workout are covered, just don't know what to do in between.

They should have a fridge.

I have a couple burgers in there with some veggies. Throw some cheese on that ***** and chow down.

You can also take some sugar free jello to snack on

I work 9-7 and bring a big tub of yogurt, cooked chicken/rice, 1L chocolate milk, shake, 1/2 lb of hamburger helper. I make good use of my microwave / fridge and am lucky that i have the freedom to eat like 4-5 times during a work day at my age (20). I prepare all the food on sunday usually when i wake up and spend an hour or two making all my meals for the week and have a ton of tupperware, freeze anything more than 3 days away.
