I am a new poster in this forum but have been reading it for quite a while. There is a wealth of info here.
Anyway,
I am thinking of starting an ECA stack soon. I have read absolutely everything on it in this forum and it has really helped me. so thanks for that.
I just have a couple of questions.
Firstly, I have ordered some ephedrine off a UK website (legal as i live in the United kingdom). It says they are "Pharmaceutical grade Ephedrine 40mg tablets". Most people talk of doing a 20/200/200 stack so am i right in saying 40mg is much too strong especially for a begginer like me (although i have had quite a few experiences with other stimulants). Should i just split the pill in half and use 20mg ?
Will I / should i ever do the full 40mg eventually ?
Secondly, I see that most Ephedrine tablets are either 20mg or 25mg. Are mine truley 40mg or is the company mislabelling them as double their strength to charge more?

40mg sounds a little high. Start at the low end, 20mg, and judge your tolerance from there. good luck

I agree w cincy, do 20 for a week, especially stacked with 200 of caf, and see how you feel. Possibly add another 20 in a second dose at least 6 hours later in the day, be careful tho, eph is potent stuff that can sneak up on you and it's effects over time add up too like effecting mood and anxiety.
