Nice workout. I would personally drop the concentration curls. Keep up the great progress.

I don't think I've seen that phrases and words "fullblown", "hardcore" and "pumped to the max!" all in the same place except when I read a Fizogen ad for shyts and giggles....jk man, that arm work out is crazy, I normally just do 9 sets for bis and 9 sets for tris....good job if its workin, just be careful not to overtrain.

Massive workout! I only do about 75% of your routine there for arms. How big are your arms BTW? I am gonna guess 18" although they might be over that. GJ!

they are pics of you holding a weight stationary in your hands for the camera, just as the pro's do for magazine shoots.
If it was really shot during a workout you wouldn't be looking so calm and cool.

Imho
Peter please don't take this offensively,
but looking at your first two pics at the top of the page with you doing curls.
I hope you are doing cheat curls, because your form is WAY WAY off.
In the first pic look at how far your elbow is back and tucked into your side.
In the next pic they are way out in front of you. That would have to be the worst curl move I have seen. Just trying to help out Bro. Keep them elbows in.
Peace

no it doesn't.
a muscle can do 2 things
-get bigger
-get smaller
working out with different rep schemes does not change how "cut" the muscle is. That is totally dependant on bodyfat levels.

nuh uh!
I read in a men's health that the higher reps you do the more "toned" and "cut" you get.....AND you can spot reduce fat on your tummy with 100's of situps
jk for the thick-skulled

"In the next pic they are way out in front of you"well i don't think they are so far away out in front but just normal.it seems to work for me if my biceps grow.as for giant sets of course they can be helpfull in building mass to but they work good for me in contest preparation.after so many years of training i learned a lot bout my body and i always listen to it,but thanx for the comments and sugestions
