Add to my breakfest
Pretty much everyday i have four scrambled eggs and a cup of natural oats. What can i add to make this a more complete breakfast?

my breakfast consists of:
6 Eggs (3 whole, 3 whites)
1 Cup oatmeal
1/2 cup strawberries/fruit
1 cup veggies
3 table spoons of natural peanut butter
I have super energy after eating all this

that is a pretty complete breakfast. i have the exact same except just with 2 cups oatmeal.

2 cups dry????????? Geezus......I get 1/2 and I'm satisfied...couldnt imagine that much food or that many carbs so early.....

try throwing in a piece of fruit and some sort of nut or nut butter.

sounds good, ill think ill just add some fruit and almonds to the oats, it will probably help with taste as well
