okay for beef this is the information!
Per 200 Grams
Protein 52g
sodium mg 123mg
Saturated Fat 9.6g
Energy KCal 464.00
Cholesterol 168 mg
Kangaroo seems to be a pretty good alterntive especially for us in australia! Apparently it is great for cutting because of it's extremely low fat content and high protein content

If it tastes good I will try to find and eat it.
Anyone ever play those old "Streets of Rage" games on Genesis? If so, can you remember kangaroos in any other way than with boxing gloves?

Kangaroo > Beef in nutritional value.
I'm not sure about taste, though I do know that Bison tastes exactly the same as beef and it is healthier/leaner than beef.

I'll have to ask my dealer next time I go to buy ecstacy for some K-Roo. As long as it isn't laced with Angel Dust.
AJ: "Hey Kyle, are you sure about trying to deadlift that, it's two hundred pounds over your PR..?"
Me: "Don't worry ::twitch:: I got this one for reps!"
Lifts up, colon explodes
AJ: "HOLY &*#@"
Me: "Yeah..uhh..I'm gonna go do some rows"

Kangaroo does have a lot less sodium and cholesterol too. Must try it one day.
