I did the ec stack for a little over 2 weeks and lost about 10 pounds, but i ate very clean, drank plenty of water, and hours on top or hours of cardio, probably too much cardio but a lot of it is basketball and i really enjoy playing. personaly i think ephedrine is the only effective product, for me atleast. im taking red acid right now and am not noticing any increase of body temp or energy

E/c is the best but if you don't want the jittery feeling that the E gives you. Try some Lipo 6 or Scorch.

well i'd like to jump in here.........C2 is workin pretty good for me, it takes longer than E/C but I hate feelin lik I'm on friggin Krak.....I also take Diesel Fuel, Fish oil, Olive oil, Flax and I am on a Carb cycling diet.....If you eat very clean do High Intensity cardio like Sprints and lift Heavy weights low reps you'll get good results. It will build mass, bodyfat %....the concept is not about losin weight its about getting rid of flab and puttin on muscle....Even if you're like me and just want to look good but not be a monstrous lookin animal it still works.......I also drink a cup of coffee after dinner since it dosnt stimulate me long and i can still fall asleep an hour afterward!!

Try ALCAR/Choline/Tyrosine too...

E/C is great. Not a miracle pill by any means. Cardio and diet come first. Take your dose half hour before you workout and it'll keep you going strong. Not to mention the euphoric feeling you get from Ephedrine, which is greatly welcomed on a diet.

Cardio + green tea + Eating clean. Works just fine. It's cheap. If you can eat clean and drink plenty of water and add some green tea you can do just fine.

E/C is good tried it and I could cheat more with it. But got same results from eating cleaner and plenty of water with some green tea.

Just my .02. But effective none the less. And when I say cardio just 30 minute sessions at 80-85% of max HR for 20minutes. 5 min warmup and cool down.

I remember awile ago taking 25mg of E with 200mg of Caffine. Didnt feel a thing. But it probelly still had its fat burning effect.
But didnt feel any stim effect.
Heres what Ive got. Still in my supp draw. Biotek Ephedrine. Although it does come with Guaifenesin.
And instead of caffeine anhydrous. I took it with enough guarana to equal 200mg of caffine.
I started again yesterday and once again I didnt feel any effect. Im guessing the Guaifenesin is really screwing with the stimulant effect. This is the reason why people buy bolt E without the G. Right?

ive even heard of people adding nicorette gum to the E/C/A stack....dono why but they say the gum kicks it up a notch...never tried it myself however...I personally have only used Lipodrene stacked with caffiene

You guys are talking about how great the E/C stack is (and I agree since I used to use it in high school) but how can you use Ephedra if it is banned? Unless I'm mistaken, it's illegal to sell it in the US, so how do you get ahold of the stuff? I know the BB.com site doesn't have any Ephedra products (unless I completely missed it).

Has anyone used EAS ThermoDynamX to good results?

I'm not 100% sure but I think there was a recent court ruling that allows the sale of ephedrine, and possibly ephedra (Correct if wrong). Ephedrine is what most people are referring to when they say E/C stack.

Lipodrene works great for me. i've taken a few other typed of ephedra products and they all work great. some places that are self owned might still sell it, but it works plus i can eat ice cream once or twice a week when taking this! Side effects= poor eating habits at times....but if your not competing it wont kill you

Leanfire Inferno heats you up! My body temp. was at 99-100 degrees while on it and this was in the summer...no, I wasn't sick or anything either. Couple of downsides:1. Is that you can only take it for 6 weeks straight. 2. You will become resistant to the effects in a bottle or less.

I live in Canada and im having trouble finding ephedrine supplements. Anyone know where I would be able to buy some?

Also once I start the E/C stack how much ephedrine and caffiene should I take and when? should i treat it similarily to a thermogenic fat burner?
