What do you mean by "strong gun laws"? History and experience make it pretty clear that restrictive gun laws only lead to increased crime against unarmed victims. But "strong" gun laws that favor individual ownership rights are good for the law abiding citizen.
Concealed Carry permits are readily available in Arizona to qualified applicants.

It seems like everyone is moving here these days. The traffic sucks at least in my part of the city.
I live here in Phoenix, AZ. I love the weather here, most of the year you can expect sunny clear sky's and a the climate is great( At least for me). The summers get really hot but that's only for like 2 months and the winter's aren't too bad. I am only 20 but soon after I graduate college I want to move further north where there are less people and better climate.USAF

I have to say it is kind of wierd when you go to a bar and a cowboy has a 44 mag strapped to his holster (no ****, I've actually seen it), also I have a friend who has a concieled weapons permit and carries a small fire arm. To be honest it kind of freaks me out but whatever, I've got a Louisville Slugger next to my bed that I could some damage with...unless of course they have a conceiled weapon!!! I think I need to go gun shopping, I'm getting pretty sick at COD4

I'll will probably be moving to Tempe sometime late next year...hopefully. If my fiance gets accepted into law school out there. We're both pretty excited.

Tempe is really starting to explode even though it will always be a college town (hopefully), my fiance works for a company that are building some huge towers right off mill next to ASU. It seems like that kind of stuff is going up everywhere here. ASU has a pretty decent law school, I've had some friends go through the program and get some pretty decent offers after their 2nd year.

lived in phoenix my whole life. its the best place to live, seriously. the best weather in the world for 8 months of the year, worst weather for about 3 months. scottsdale has the hottest women you'll ever see, tons of bars, clubs etc. the only thing brining AZ down is all the illegal immigrants(90% of crime you'll see on the news here or read in the paper are from them)

P-Nazi, the guy who's (famous) for being a tool on a website. I hope I never see him, luckily I don't think we would ever be at the same bar unless I was with my fiance and all her friends. I try to stay out of old town as much as possible, the people and bouncers there drive my nuts. Unless we have a table or bottle service I stay my ass away.

I live here, nothing bad about it. Just don't buy house in the far areas or we call it drive until you qualify. If you are coming and you have money down for a house and good credit we've just went through a huge housing depreciation so you can steal houses right now.

P Nazi def thinks he is a celebrity. I saw him at JackRabbit a few weeks back asking if his drinks were free b/c he "attracts attention to the club." douche.
its like going to an airport, people watching and the **** I see drops my jaw sometimes.
if I was a girl I seriously would have bitchslapped her. I was at Six and she gave me an eyeroll b/c I wouldn't move out of her way as she was trying to lineback her way through a packed crowd. Def. the epitome of the scottsdale barbie factory

AZ is "ok" but not the best place I've ever lived. Phoenix is considered one of the biggest cities in the US (I think it's 4th) but it doesn't look like it. Phoenix is nothing more than a bigger Tucson. It doesn't have a skyline like Chicago, New York, Dallas, etc. If you like "big city" life I don't think Phoenix is the place to go.

I wouldn't say Phx is like a big Tucson but it's true it's not a metropolis city like the others, no real public transport system except for light rail they're building. Phx is more like a downtown surround by large suburbs.

LOL, what's different in Phx than Tucson? I go to Phx almost every other weekend and I see nothing different than Tucson..there's just more of everything in Phoenix. Phoenix itself is not that big...but people include Scottsdale, Chandler, Tempe, etc. as all part of Phoenix. Most of Phoenix is just desert area...the actual populated part of Phoenix isn't THAT much more than Tucson. I don't think it's that big of a stretch to call Phoenix a "big Tucson". But that's just my little opinion. lol
