You have a great base of strength to work with. Just find a solid PLing program(look in the stickies), stick with it, and just keep plugging away.
And work on that bench pressMy Training Journal...

Thanks.. lol yea i no i have to work on my bench press... should i be doing flat, incline, AND decline bench.. I personally think since I am not trying to have a bodybuilder look that i can only do flat and incline because i have noticed that doing incline bench with dumbells helps me alot with my flat bench.. any suggestions?

First your stats don't matter as far as starting to train like a power lifter or not, or even if you want to compete soon or not. Just keep track of your stats and always try to improve them.
Also flat/incline/decline can all be usefull. I find incline dumbells definatly help my bench, decline close grip is great for tricep strength, and obviously you have to work flat benching of some sort to improve your bench."Leave the pump in the bedroom and add some damn weight to the bar" - Dave Tate
