I took activate xtreme for 30 days; 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills an hour before working out. My goal was to add stregnth and gain mass.

Weight gain: 4lb


Cost

Activate xtreme I thought at first was a little pricey but with the gains I made it was worth the price


Sleep

I didn't notice any change in my sleep, I was hoping to get the crazy dreams people on here talk about but sadly it didn't happen


Vascularity/Pumps/Fullness

I had good vascularity before starting my cycle but vitamin(a trainer at omni) said I had some sick veins in my arms which is always good to hear.


Strength

This is where activate xtreme was a great product, I set quite a few PR every week I worked out. Every week I went into the gym, I knew I was going to set a PR. I just had this alpha feeling that made me unstopable after the 2nd week.

Side Effects

The first couple days, I experienced headaches but that was due to a lack of water. Once I upped my water intake then the problem went away. Acne became an issue after the second week and cleared up at one point then came back full force towards the end of the cycle. I got acne in the most unsual spots like between my eyes. I also noticed my temper got bad on the second week but it did subside.

Libido: I noticed a definite increase in my libido after the second week, I was a horny machine hah.

Overall

I am very pleased with my cycle of activate xtreme this product has gotten a lot of good reviews including one by myself for a reason, its a great product. I plan on using activate in the future to overcome plateaus that I may come to. I would like to thank first the reps/employees of DS for following my log and helping me along the way and also the other forum members for watching my log. I would rate this product an 9/10!

Here is my key lifts before and after my cycle.

Flat Bench start: 185lb 1x1 finish: 205lb 1x1-up 20lb
Tricep Extension: 80lb 1x1 finish: 95lb 1x6-up 15lb
Dumbell Shoulder Press: 50lb finish: 65lb 1x6-up 15lb
Deadlift: 265lb 1x1 finish: 320lb 1x1-up 55lb
Dumbell hammer curl: 45lb finish: 50lb 1x2-since I have been working out off and on since I was 18, I have never been able to do 50lb curls until this cycle.

I will be posting recent pictures on thursday, not tomm because it's my birthday. I will be turning 25 so I am going out and having a good time.

hey for the acne what did you do?

i jsut started a cycle and im getting it in weird places to (right above my eye)

I didn't do anything but pop the zits. You can use high doses of vitamin B5 to combat the acne.
