I am 2 weeks into my cut and I have only cheated once because my gf took me to olive garden out of nowhere and it would have been pretty messed up to turn down her good gesture. In anycase all I had was bread, salad, and I ordered the grilled meal with grilled chicken, steak, baked potato, and zucchini. So I dont think it was so bad but that was only two days ago. So now its superbowl sunday and I am salivating thinking about a huge plate of boneless buffalo wings with the game but I don't know if this will undermine my hard work.
Should I do it o_O?

Have fun and eat away. It's good to have a cheat meal/day once every week as it keeps you in check. If you have R+(ALA) or K-R+(ALA) and sesamin, take it, if not, it's still all good. Don't forget the blue cheese

HELL YEA CHEAT... i have been eating good for a long time, today is my day to be an average American and eat what i want... though im gonna go to the gym first and do some cardio to burn off the cals im gonna just add back. its a win win situation... enjoy this holiday!!!
