im 180 pounds and i wanna get down to 170 ripped,im in good shape but i have lil belly,i eat right and lift 4 times a week,my question is should i add cardio?but i dont wanna lose my muscle,i was thinking once a week for a hour to lose this belly?
Cardio wont make you lose muscle. i'd up the cardio to 3-4 times a week, and eat right. Seems to be the proven method.
