i have taken 2 bottles of this stuff and i dont see any change. i am still lifting heavy weights like i was before i took x-factor and i still have the same pump i always get. i dont see anything it has done to help me.

Did you lean out/gain considerable muscle mass?

my weight stayed the same. my mass gained before i took x-factor just by lifting heavy. i noticed no help with gains on x-factor at all.

That sucks. I'm kinda noticing the same thing too... Maybe I need to adjust my diet or something. It's tough to figure out what's wrong sometimes.
