need help for super drol cycle
hey wuts goin guys.im 20yo and im an amatuer bodybuilder. im 5'3 165 and im at 6% bf right now getting ready for a contest..but im also researching super drol, the one thing i really need help on is the PCT i read alot of post and got alot of sup's down. but i dont know wut doses to take them in. i already did a cycle of SD but i did'nt realy prepare a PCT or anything really i took milk thistle,saw palmentto, and liver ad. thats about it. but i did get good results from my cycle.. i went from 165lbs to 180lbs but know i dieted back down to 165lbs at 6% , but last june i was 150lbs at 6% so i did put on some solid muscle with SD and hard work..o yea n i took SD for 2 n half week s week1-10mg week2-20 and then just took 30mg for the remainder..and i now know that 30mg is way too much.. so im thinking about 3 week cycle...10,10,20?? so my question is--- i made a list of supp's and i was wondering if u all could tell me which to take and at what dosage....
