Best way to set-up a routine for not overtraining

what is everyones opinion of the order that you train muscles, and group them so that you dont overtrain.
~~what rep range works best for you?

    Legs
    biceps/forearms
    off
    chest/triceps
    off
    Back/shoulders
    off

    This looks ok right?

rep range for that works best for me is between 5-8

In my opinion you should group whatever excersizes work for you. I dont follow the back/bi, chest/tri scheme (although its nothing bad). I like to work secondary muscles on thier own day, no grouping will necessarily make you overtrain.

I like to keep resp in between 4-8 reps.

    Your routine looks fine
