ive been reading this forums for a long time and man, its packed full of knowledge... when i started lifting i was 16.. 145lbs... i was really skiny. I decided to do something about me and decided to enter a gym...
This forums helped me gather proper nutrition, supplements, routines, do's and dont's and some laughs.
in a year... i went from skinny 145lbs to average 186lbs...i feel great... but not yet acomplished my goal... i am now 17 years old.
just to let you know all of you kids that are just starting to keep it up, eat eat eat, and youll grow! just be patient. Once again, thanks Bodybuilding.com for all of your info and thanks for helping me acomplish part of my goals...

heres my basic diet...
Morning 7:00am
1 cup of oatmeal (cardboard cylinder)
1 cup of cottage cheese
1/4 cup of nuts
7 egg whites + 1 whole egg
9:00 am
1 banana
1 packet of some oatmeal bars (tasty!)
11:20 am (school lunch)
i make my own
2 whole wheat sandwiches ( ham, little mayo, lettuce, tomato)
1/2 serving of protein shake
1:30 pm
1 packet of tasty oatmeal bars
same eggs as morning.
3:30 pm
whatever mom makes! (usualy healty food, since she's into exercise too)
1 serving of whey
1 tbsp flax-seed oil
5:00pm preworkout
1 banana
1 serving of NO-Explode
1 serving of Whey
----Training----
6:30 pm post workout
1 banana
1 serving of Cellmass
1 serving of whey
7:30 pm
1 cup of oatmeal
1/4 cup of nuts (pecans)
1 cup of cottage cheese
9.30pm
Moms dinner.... again,... healthy food as always (she tries to keep it 50% protein 50% carbs)
11:00 pm... pre bed
8 egg whites + 1 whole
1scoop whey
2 slices of whole wheat bread
some nuts
thats basically all...
as supplements... i take ZMA, Multi-vitamin, Amino 2222, and fish body oils

Wow, that's a lot of food! Good for you, you definitely work for results, and that's what you're getting. It's hard to keep a diet like that, and I know what it takes to stick to a diet even near as strict as that. Personally I don't have that much discipline, but good for you man.
Just a little point of advice (though feel free to ignore it), but I think it would be a good idea to cut two months before summer starts so you can get a really healthy cut for the beach. If you start cutting at the beginning of summer, either you'll wind up rushing your dieting and losing muscle OR you'll wind up with your cut look at the end of summer.Have a great day

it looks like ur lats are lagging a little, ur transformation is pretty much what happened to me except i have lower bf. lol it looked really funny to have a 130 lb 6ft kid with zero muscle but had an 8 pack
lol ur before pic looks a lot like my brotherHeight = 6'3"
Weight = 190ish
Age = 18
bench == 255, down to 235
squat == 315*3, :(
pullups == 30, about 20ish
chins == 4 * bw + 100, :(
deadlift == 335 old record, now :(

wow...you were beyond skinny in that first pic, that couldn't have been healthy. are you sure you were being fed at the time? lol.
the transformation is not complete, of course? you still need lat and trap work and i hope you do core as well as legs. your chest could use a lot more mass and definition also.
