    grilled cheese?

    is it ok if i just put 1-2 servings of cheese on WW bread then put it in the george foreman? I wouldn't use butter at all. I'm currently bulking.

    I've been eating grilled cheeses like a mad man lately. I use the fat free cheese instead on 100% ww, it has less calories but i just make more sandwiches.

    fat free cheese 30 cals x 3
    whole wheat bread 80 cals x 6
    total: 570 cals

    How could cheese that's one molecule away from plastic (fat free) and increasing your refined carbs in the extra bread ( I don't care if it ww, it's still highly processed) be healthier than real cheese and less bread? just saying and not trying to pick on you per se.

    If your bulking you don't have to sacrifice the butter either, if you can fit it into your diet (the couple extra g's of fat), it'll make those sandwichs so much better

    Throw in a couple of slices turkey or ham to kick up the protein.

    iv had this like the last 3 ngihts....def agree with the cheese..any cheese is fine...i eat so much i buy the big container of kraft singles....whole wheat...i cant beleive its butter....good enough

    gotta hav it with tomato soup tho...just like my mom used to make it 4me
