is it ok if i just put 1-2 servings of cheese on WW bread then put it in the george foreman? I wouldn't use butter at all. I'm currently bulking.

How could cheese that's one molecule away from plastic (fat free) and increasing your refined carbs in the extra bread ( I don't care if it ww, it's still highly processed) be healthier than real cheese and less bread? just saying and not trying to pick on you per se.

Use butter man! It makes it taste so much better, and it's fine for you.
