    HELP! I went crazy with diet.

    hey guys.. todays my carb up and i went crazy with eating like i ate all kinds of crap... i was just wondering, would it be alrite to do 3 HIT sessions today, to sort of erase the effects?? i would spread them out evenly through out the day..thnx alot for ur help. and do u guys ever go crazy on carb up thnx.
