I've been training for over a year now, and my first year was mostly about cutting otu the extra fat I was carrying around. Yes, i was a fat kid at one time, but have changed my ways. Since training, my arms are at 15 3/4 inches, but I would like them to be around 18"...a size i figure that is not too much out of my reach. Does anyone have any suggestions to gaining some heavy mass in the arms, I was thinking about working them out twice a week. Any info would be helpful.
