Sorry for this question, but I've been searching online to find a 2.5g or 5g scoop for my creatine that I just purchased. What do you guys use, besides scales?

Call the company and ask them for one, I think controlled labs sent one out before I remember reading.

Well, most manufacturers say that 1 tsp = 5g.
1 tsp = 5cc so you would need a 5cc scoop for 5g and of course half that for 2.5. Check your other supps to see if you have any small scoops.

Its a GNC Creatine Monohydrate. I asked them at the store if they had any scoops or anything to measure 5g, but they didn't. I guess I'll use a teaspoon. It says to use a heaping teaspoon (5g) ... would using a heaping 1/2 teaspoon be considered 2.5? LOL sorry for these retarded questions ... just want to take 2.5 pre and 2.5 post.
