Hello all, I'm currently 15, 5'10, 165lbs, and have been working out for at least 3 months. I've noticed some puffy nipples and was wondering whether it's gyno or just body fat.. I've read up on it but couldn't find anything helpful. I do have images but cannot put them up due to me not having 50 posts.

No most likely not and nothing permanent, research gyno and guaranteed you will stop worrying. It could just be from puberty and your new influx of natural hormones

I just looked at it in better lighting and realised that it most likely is fat.. There's no clear circle around the nipple area.
