Haha, I just started tetris, so I can't say that it's the secret to 100lb db rows =P
The dips felt pretty good! Still got a good chest workout even with the higher reps.
Just do it! You'd be surprised with the muscle gains, and it's not hard to cut some fat =P
Eating like a freaking horse man! and getting fat like a pig, lol..
Not anymore =P
I'm bulking, and still very very far from shreded.
How have you been? it's been a long while mate!A tree can't grow to heaven unless it's roots reach down to hell.

Solid workout derick and like others have mentioned you're eating like a stallion. Between you, Kirk, Bob and Matt there needs to be an eating competition, Pete can join in too if he gets some time, but I feel he might be too strong a competitor for anybody on these forums.
Regardless, the wheels have been set in motion. The Board is set and pieces need to begin moving!
And yeah I have Tetris on my phone and yes I am addicted to it, play it before class all the time. It nukes my battery thoughFitness Journal:

Finally got the squats that I've been wanting! It was tough and the last few almost killed me =P
Fairly successful workout on paper.. I do feel good and my legs are more fried than they have been in a while.
I'm gaining weight a LITTLE too fast, so I'm going to scale the calories down to 4.5k max, with an aim for 4k...A tree can't grow to heaven unless it's roots reach down to hell.

Don't worry, the day isn't over yet - more calories coming =P
I've got some friends in town and we might go see Iron Man (my 2nd time, I love Tony Stark's charisma, so much - it's almost inspirational. I've never seen a movie twice in the theater btw)
Me and my cousin might go climb a mountain too, it depends on how the heat pans out later.
The bench was AWESOME! I almost lost the last rep and actually had to rock back and forth a little with some lat combination pushing to lock out on it - if that makes any sense. Idk if that would fly in a lifting contest meet lol... but I wasn't ready to get pinned by the bar =P It's going to feel awesome to finally be pushing bodyweight for reps in the next couple of weeks/months.
Did a lot of chest focus today, really trying to fill in my weak gaps so I can win / place in this contest. I'm really excited to finish this bulking month then cut for a solid 2 months - it's going to be very tough, but I want to lose the fat and get as lean as possible.A tree can't grow to heaven unless it's roots reach down to hell.
