    I dunno...I'm no where near as big as the pros but I need about that much just to maintain. Then again I do have a fast metabolism. I'd probably say 5000-7000 like posted above.

    I read that quincy taylor (rather large, even for a pro) dieted down to 4K calories and went as high as about 7K calories.

    I dont see many guys needing to eat more than him, except maybe ronnie/culter.

    ive read vic richards used to eat over 10,000 per day. i remember reading his meal plan one day.it was like a whole can of pineapples and like 4 cups of rice with like a half pound of meat over and over and over.that guy was crazy!

    He said he has eaten as much as 10K in a day...but said that is very rare and he only did it when he was on vacation eating "very high calorie carribean food". He said people took his words out of context.

    oh i know i heard it somewhere a while back, i guess the pineapple counts as the carribean part
