In the past, I would have mocked useless or overpriced/under dosed supplement sales, stability training, super slow training, ect.
This may be common knowledge, but until today I had no idea these places existed and that idiots poured money into them.
Fitness Bootcamps. Look it up on google.
Some are more ridiculous than you'd imagine.

I always get a laugh out of TV commercials for ab equipment. They market these products to people who think that spot training will give them 6-pack abs.
Began training off and on: 8/00 @ 150lbs
Began serious training: 3/05 @ 177lbs
Last time I checked: 12/05 @ 198lbs
I use a 3-day split, with 2 days on, 1 off
I take Creatine, whey protein, L-glutamine, multi-vitamins
Goals for 2006: Improve upper back and get to 210lbs

I saw the ad today for the first time and I could not stop laughing, by the time it was over, I realized it made me mad at how stupid can really be, and then I couldnt stop swearing, no joke.Perception is reality, your thoughts are lies, your beliefs are hollow, and there is no God.
