looking for mass gain...wich would you do
5x5 heavier weight
2x8 heavier weight
3x8 heavier weight
when i did 5x5 fora lil i notice when i hit my 4th exersize im pretty much dead...an when i do 2x8 i can go my max pretty much on eatch excersise...gimme ur thouGhZ~!

5x5 is pretty intense ive done it a few times you deffintly need a spotter for those lol i do like 3x8-10 4x8-10 and 5x8-10 depends on which execises

i use Max-OT principles for everything exept with shoulders which I use a 6-8 rep range. For those of you who don't know Max-OT, it's usually 1-3 sets of an exersice with a 4-6 rep range with a focus on building strength and as a result, muscle mass.
