    Best pre-work out meal?

    hey guys, I know there's been alot of these threads but i'm limited on time to look for them. what is the best pre-work out food? probably not a perfect meal out there, but what is good in your opinion?

    i have oat meal (the microwave kind) is this good pre-work out nutrition?

    i eat oat meal post,

    for pre i come home and make 3 egg whites and 1 whole, cookem, then i put it between two pieces of wheatbread and peanut butter

    30g pro
    24 g carbs
    10 g fat

    What I do is just a shake: 2 scoops whey, cup of water, 1/2 oats, and a tablespoon of PB if I want

    carbs if im not wrong are good for pre workout and im pretty sure oats are complex carbs.... so they are a great pre workout meal i like noodles like the ones you use for spagetiie (cant spell it lol) i had spageitie lol for dinner tonight and i just got done with my workout it was pretty good.
