I finally got my own tabs. I did a search, but I couldn't figure out.
some people here take it in ridiculous amounts.
I got 90 tabs for 20$ CDN.
so how many tabs? what's the dosage for this? and when is the best time to take it?
on it, it says 1 tab 4 times per day, is that good enough?

Is it the 'Swiss' brand? I got that one and I like to take more than 4. Don't know how it compares to Uni-Liver. This one doesn't smell like people said about UniLiver. That one is measured in grains vs. mg. I should have some Universal UL coming.

A grain is a unit of measurement of denisty. The swiss brand is a bit more potent than Uni-Liver, probably dont want to take more than 10 each day, take 2 tabs with each meal. Im nto sure of the vitamin content of them, but if they have a large amount of A,D, E & K, watch the toxicity of those fat soluble vitamins, goodluck broOriginally posted by TranceNRG

I was trying to figure how the two compare, but don't know how a grain vs mg might be. The Swiss brand do not spell, and do not seem to take bad. I don't chew it but it is not like the way people described UniLiver. I have ordered some Uniliver from bb.com so I hope to get those soon. Canadian Customs is a PITA.
