    Neck Problems = Shoulder/Back Pain

I've been dealing with a variety of shoulder/upper back problems for about a year. My shoulder/upper back area hurts on a daily basis and the joints crack frequently. I notice the pain starts in my neck and goes down; could the problems be originating in my neck?

looking at your picture, more likely due to your ribcage being shifted over and your shoulder and neck being unsupported
