Mix it all up and its quite good, if using vanilla protein powder you can add natural vanilla extract, not sure on the nutritional facts of this, still looking, but it will add weight granted the rest of your diet is sound.

Yes, please tell me you are joking..... A good homemade weight gainer is a good idea...this is the 1 I use when bulking
15oz milk
1/3 cup crushed oatmeal
2 scoops protein powder
2 scoops natural peanut butter
1 tbl spoon flax oil
1 banana
Mix it all up and its quite good, if using vanilla protein powder you can add natural vanilla extract, not sure on the nutritional facts of this, still looking, but it will add weight granted the rest of your diet is sound.
that's good, but i think mine's better for bulking:
1cup of frozen berries
1.5cups of cottage cheese
1.5cups of yogurt
2-3cups of ice-cream
4tbsp. of flax seed
1tbsp of flax seed oil
2scoops of whey powder
voila, instant caloriesBooo

Well, okay, maybe i'm a bit biased when i say mine is good

It's FUN!!! You need to get wasted musclehead. Not saying that I have ever done it before. You know I am too young to be drinking at 18. Never had abit of alcohol. But a friend of mine who is 21, says its fun
The weightgainer thing, if you ask me, it would just be cheaper to buy N'Large II. It's only like $40 for a 10 lb bucket. I don't know though, alot of people are probably gonna disagree.

n large
Making your owning gainer is cheaper. What it is made of is totally up you. N Large gets most of it's calories from high GI carbs. It would be good for a post workout drink, but I wouldn't take it any other time.
