I am now on a cutting diet. I was thinking about having an apple for breakfast with my zero carb protein shake and an apple two hours later. Are apples bad carbs and bad for cutting or are they good ?
Any help is much appreciated.
Peace

bull****....a gram is a unit of MASS.....pounds oz etc etc are weight
it is possible for something to weigh a pound and have a mass of jsut a couple grams.
Gram, measure of mass in the metric system, equal to 0.001 kg. A gram was originally defined as the mass of 1 cc of pure water at the temperature of melting ice. A gram has since been redefined as 0.001 of the mass of the standard kilogram (see CGS System) and differs slightly from the original. For equivalents with other weights, see Weights and Measures.
That my friend is from the Encarta Encyclopedia, notice how is says it is a unit of MASS not weight.....MASS AND WEIGHT ARE DIFFERENT

mass: Abbr. m Physics. A property of matter equal to the measure of an object's resistance to changes in either the speed or direction of its motion. The mass of an object is not dependent on gravity and therefore is different from but proportional to its weight.

Damn, I learnt this 3 years ago in Grade 7 General Sciences.
