Uncle Ben's Brown rice in a bag

I've been eating this stuff a lot lately with my chicken and steak. Looking over the ingredients, it doesn't appear to be too bad for you, anyone else eat this stuff? If so, is it ruining my diet by consuming it?

I used to eat that all of the time. I even used it on diets for shows. Nothing wrong with it, worked great for me over the years.

Uncle ben's boil in the bag rice rocks. I used that alot...I know use the Kroger Brand...cheaper. Boil in the bag is cleaner too. I can boil a couple to three bags and pack tham in the frig or a cooler to take along with me on my day.

Success also makes a boil in bag that takes about 10 min to cook.

    So easy and quick.

This is the one I use, and I was wondering if it was like normal brown rice. Since everyone seems to agree, I will keep using it.

I use Success also but only mainly because the store has it on sale all the time. I've been using it for years and love it, I mean it's brown rice no different than any other brown rice just look at the ingredients.

An idiot with way more money - 2 servings is like $2+ in my area and the regular bag of brown rice is what... 30 servings, more? - Also about $2 bucks.
