    Beginner

I am a beginner in fitness. I just like to read about fitness and wants to change my life. I live in University right now so there is many problem.

    For workout:
    - I have no equipment so maybe I can only do bodyweight workout
    - Before, I have try to do 8x3 push up, but my push up count never goes up

    For nutrition:
    - I need to eat the cafe food as there are no cooking utensils and we are not allowed to bring any of it
    - I am tight in budget

I am sorry if all this question is stupid but I really want to know everyone opinion and advice.

Most universities have access to a gym. Find one and you will be a lot better off.

If you can only go out during the weekends it's might be a little challenging to get in shape. Stick to some home works out like running , sit-ups , push-ups and pull ups. Set yourself a goal that is reachable like 20 sit-ups and 20 push ups every other night and progress from there . Every with that little of working out it's better to just train your body to be more active than it is now.

Stick to somthing you can get protein from like eggs. They are cheap and if you make 4 in the morning (3 egg whites and 1 full egg) you can at least have that benefiting you.
