    Cut milk out of diet while cutting?

    simple question, during my bulk i was drinking a gallon, maybe more of skim milk per day

    just wanna hear it from you guys...you guys cut out milk while cutting? and if not how much milk you drink per day?

    i really love milk..but if it is a advanatge to cut out milk i will

    It depends. If you are competing, it is usually recommended that you cut out dairy mostly. It makes you carry around an extra "film" of fat.

    nah its like a gallon in an hour u will throw up, i know its true cause i have a friend that tried it. but he threw up like 3/4 of the gallon. but damn guy u drink a lot of milk

    Unless its's a major part of your diet, why cut out an entire food item? You could eat cheeseburgers when you're cutting, as long as you limit how many total calories you eat lol. Obviously, that wouldn't be healthy though...

    I drink almost a gallon of whole milk a day. The answer to this question really depends on your metabolism/diet, but I say keep milk in your diet. Milk is awesome. If you want to cut down on the sugar, you can get skim or silk or watever its called
