A couple new ones, it's been a while
I just thought I'd post a few current pictures. It's been a while.

Knowing that you are 2 years younger than me, and have way better quad development than me I was afraid to open your pics. In my mind I was like please don't make me look bad....and that you did. Great job there bro, and everything looks great, but of course the quads are your strong point.
You and Railz are even more incredible because you guys are so focused for your ages. Both of you are some young "jackt" freaks.

I generally always remain fairly lean. I'm working on somewhat of a bulk now. A good breakdown for my diet now is minimum 350 grams of protein per day. 600-700 grams of carbs on training days. 300 on non-training days. 150-200 grams of fat.

Lookin' damn good bro. Everything looks fantastic. The only criticism I can offer is to hit your lats a little harder. Of all your body parts, it looks as though your lats are lagging the most. BTW, do you know your measurements? Keep hammerin' man. Good luck on your quest to 240

Thanks a lot man, it's something I've really begun to work on, my lats used to be horrid.
As far as stats go, I don't really keep track, I generally prefer to go by the mirror. My calves, arms, and neck are all around 16. Neck probably bigger. Chest is around 46. Forearms 13.

holy metabolisms batman! God if I ate like that you'd have to grease the door way to get my rolly polly ass through lol. Bro you look absolutely awsome, and have quad development that I am jealous of. Where in Indiana do you live? 16 years old...yeesh, what are they feeding these kids now adays.

Do you do any sports in high school?? If so what are they??
I'm from Indianapolis, South East corner of Indianapolis. I live by the Greenwood area, about 10 minutes away from the Gold's Gym by the Greenwood Mall. I went to Franklin Central High School. Right now I am college at IU. I am just curious, it's awsome to find somebody else in Indy on here that does Bodybuilding.

Lots of hardwork...if only I could put it into the rest of me, I'm working on it though, it's like a mental block.
I've just got this thing for training legs, I thrive off of it.
