I use to take a shake (45 protein/ 35 carbs) right after my workout, what would happen if a take it 40 minutes (after workout after cardio) instead of taking it right away?

here is the thing...when you are finished with your weights your body is in it most cababolic/anabolic state of the day....you want to feed your muscles right away...so i would suggest taking a shake with you to the gym and drinking immediately after your weights so that you dont have to worry about it after you do your cardio.
