Well, lets see. Ive already got about 10 before photos lined up
Hell yeah, this will be a very visual log. Nothing speaks success like VISUAL success.
And by the way.
I have a little secret.
I really didnt expect to win this log to begin with, so i bought an x-factor bottle in case i lost. Im going to use this bottle starting today, and save the third bottle for the end of my rpm/drive log for AN (which will be after this log). It's a bit complicated.
To make a long story short, MY X-FACTOR LOG STARTS TODAY, and i will be logging x-factor twice in the next 150 days
Im off to the gym to do legs. I will post before pics tonight, along with the workout!
Thanks,
J
PS. Thanks to Molecular Nutrition once again for making this possible!!!!

Side Tricep

Quads

Calves

Back Double Bi
Well, these are the before pics. I've marked the placement of my feet with duct tape on the floor so im hoping for some good comparison pics
I turned on all the lights in my dorm room (i wish there were more).
Should be fine though.
I will retake all of these same poses after 25 days and after 50 days.
I had an excellent leg workout tonight, and my legs are still a little shaky just sitting here.
I will update you all with the leg workout after i tackle some homework. Thanks for following!
-J
PS. I know its funny my friend is sitting right behind me- but he's pretty pumped that im logging xfactor so its all good

So yesterday was leg day. I've dealt with some lower back aggravation for a couple months now, so any grueling leg workout that comes without lower back pains is a success.
And i can say, i was free of any such pain during this workout.
Legs
BB Squats on 14 inch box
135x10
185x10
205x10
215x4
185x7
Plate loaded, angled platform squats (dont know how to describe this contraption, but it will be a staple in my routine)
380x12
470x12
640x6 (barely)
Calves on Leg press
270x25
270x20
270x20
270x18
270x17 (failed 18)
Close stance smith machine squats ATG
135x4
135x6
Machine Quad Extensions
90x10
90x10
90x10
Note: Very slow, controlled (and painful!) reps.
SUPERSETTED WITH
Machine Hamstring Curls
150x8
150x8
150x5
Comments: I think this was a good starting block for the log. It was a relatively strong workout for me, and my lower back held out great on squats. I would like to get my sets of 10 to the 225lb mark before the end of this log. Don't know if i can get there, but that's what this log is here for . Should be interesting.
Yesterdays dosing: 4 X-factor capsules (1st day)
Todays Workout: Back/Biceps
Im stoked,
J

Hahaha.
Anyways, back/biceps was a no-go today. I had baseball practice at 8PM, and my schedule really didnt allow this workout to happen. However, the extra day of rest might serve me well.
Also, a question to MN reps. Why should X-factor be cylced? If the effects gradually increase, and it is nonhormonal, one would think three bottles would be safe and effective.
I just feel like a lot of companies will tell you to cycle a product that doesnt need to be cycled because they want to make it seem more hardcore. This probably isnt the case with X-factor, but im just curious about the science and logistics behind it.
Thanks,
J
PS. Day Two dosing: 4 caps (this will be the routine dosing for me)

Well, i feel stupid for not updating my chest/triceps/shoulders workout from two days ago.
Ive been incredibly busy, but luckily, the next two months will be a lot more relaxed for me.
Anyways, let's focus on the important stuff...

Dips BWx12, BWx9
Decline BB Bench 55sx6, 55'sx5, 55'sx9 (WTF? )
DB Overhead Presses 50sx3, 45sx5, 45sx3, 45sx4
DB Lateral Raises 20x8 (PR), 20x7

I'm at about 4250 calories daily, which is 500 above my maintenence level.
My breakdown by carbs-proteins-fats is 50-30-20. I eat pretty darn clean. Usually 5-6 meals each day.
And im staying away from fish right now.
I get about 1.5 gallons of water into me each day.
Thats about it.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Hey just a question to the company reps or anyone else who might know.
Why not run X-factor for 75 days? I mean, how could it be harmful?
Because I will have three bottles when they come
By the way, i will be updating my log tomorrow with my last two workouts. I apologize for the slow updating lately, i have been sick and just recently quit baseball. So its safe to say all my focus is on lifting now.

Elevated levels of ArA for 50 days at 1 gram a day are what MN has put time and money into researching for effectiveness and safety which is why it's recommended. This isn't to say that you can't run 3 bottles for longer or a higher dosage for 50 days. It's been done with success and it's also been done by people who noticed no difference and would rather run the recommended cycle. For your first cycle, the recommended dosage is highly highly recommended and if you do run X Factor for longer, make sure the time off in between cycles reflects the amount of time you were "on" cycle.
10. Can I take higher amounts of it for periods shorter than 50 days?
You could, but whether it works better or not is unknown. We ask that your first cycle is at the recommended 750-1000mg dose level for 50 days and if you respond well allow you to consider up to 1500mg for 50 days or 1000 mgs for 75 days as an option.

Interesting. A friend of mine used X-factor for 75 days and said the effects continued to improve with the third bottle he used. So it is tempting-- I will give it some time and thought of course. It could make this log quite interesting.
Thank you for the input, Cal.
