ok I just took pics of myself before im gonna start lifting and losing weight. can someone determine my bf percentage? and can someone help me on by starting what to do first?

BF is around 25-30%. Dont worry about that right now, the good news is that you will be able to lose weight very easily compared to a 10% bf person. Look in the nutrition and losing fat sections of the forums and get a diet, and a workout program. Basically do a lot of reading and learning and then develop a plan and stick to it. Just make sure you keep motivation and determination up, cause buidling a great body takes a hell of a long time but its fun along the way.
