Like w/o the addition of excercise how do I calculate how many calories the body by itself burns in 24 hours? How does sleeping factor into that?
If its any use I weigh about 175lbs, 6'4'', 7% body fat and I excercise heavely everyday. My doctor says I got a very high metabolism.
If you could link me to a reliable source I would your help would be much appreciated. I am very curious.
Thank You for your time.

Calorie counters are terrible, unreilable and wrong. Everyone's metabolism is different, the only true way to find your base is to diet and count calories. When you reach a point where your body neither loses or gains weight, you have a good estimation. Even this isn't 100% accurate because some days you do more physical activity, muscle gain etc, but it is highly accurate in letting you gauge how many calories you need to gain or lose weight.
Kill one man and you are a murderer. Kill a million and you are a conquerer. Kill them all and you are God
If you train hard, you'll not only be hard, you'll be hard to beat.
