    I have pics from summer time, the ones I sent you were at 184lbs, but I did diet down to 177lbs.

    However, the ones that I sent you were about what I looked like when I started because I had already put on some weight and started at 188lbs.

    Congratulations! I must admit, I'm a little jealous.

    I've been reading up a lot on PH's latley and have found that starting to take ZMA during the last week of your cycle, and continuing use can help your test levels from crashing after your cycle.

    If I am wrong, please somebody correct me... but I don't think I am.

    I take zinc at night and a bvit all the time, i should throw in some mag at night too.

    DAY 9:
    today is my day off, i've trained 3 days in a row and my body is feeling it. I am not impressed with recovery as I thought I would recover a lot fast on this stuff.

    Weight:
    195-196

    Arms are getting bigger still, waist has also got a bit bigger, today I will cut back on the carbs a bit and maybe tomorrow and drop a bit of weight.

    Increase in libido, it's pretty tough to sit properly at school and workout at the gym when talking to girls and not popping a boner.

    Acne - none

    Skin burns a tad after application and sometime while working out

    Today i'm feeling a bit tired and had a nap, but I didn't get much sleep last night (8hours...haha).

    But, very little side effects, nipples were itchy for first few days, but that's gone away.

    Trained Back today, and had such an amazing workout! The pump was crazy, and when I took my shirt off after I worked out I looked pretty freaky!

    Weight at night: 202lbs!!! That is after 1.5h after my meal.

    I am looking a lot bigger and I have people telling me all the time


    Libido is skyrocketing, this guy just won't stay down.

    Tomorrow is shoulders, should be fun!

    Mine sucks. I started it on Monday. Thursday night I went to Delaware( I just got back now) and that ruined my cycle somehow. I was just visiting my gf's sister. I somehow had to rely on them for eating and stuff. I knew this **** was going to happen but I did it because I had no choice. I packed meals everyday before we went out( tuna sandwiches, cottage cheese , fruit, protein shakes, protein bars, rice cakes...) but it was not the same. We went to a couple of restaurants to eat dinner both Friday and Saturday and I ordered chicken both times; but the amount they give you sucks; it's just not much food. So, I have eaten ok but not as well as I usually do and I feel psychologically like ****. I'm now tired and cranky. I haven't weighed myself but I don't look any bigger.

    don't sweat it, the stuff should be kicking in now for you, just get back on eating properly, and keep training hard.

    DAY 13:
    Weight: 194lbs

    I have dropped a few pounds of weight, I think it's water, because it has come off my waist, my waist had grown during the beginning of the cycle, but it's come down a bit now.
    Arms still the same size.
    Look full and pretty good.

    I'll up the food intake this week and let the gains keep coming.

    INCREASED Libido, although good it can cause some problems:

    There is this really hot girl that I always talk to at my gym, and he wouldn't stay down when she came by to talk to me, so to avoid looking like an idiot I had to switch my shrugs to seated ones.

    Plus, when she wanted to walk around the track, I had to pretend I was tired and needed to stretch.

    oh well, better like that than needed viagra.

    things have been going well, my eating has been on, it's been about a month since ANY type of junk food (not one piece from halloween!)

    Workouts going great, strength is there, but I haven't noticed amazing increases, but i'm just coming up on 2 weeks now.

    DAY 15:

    Weight:196lbs

    Arms in total increase .5 inches
    Waist increased the same (measuring below the belly button)

    I look a LOT bigger, especially in the shoulders, they have really popped out now, chest growing nicely and the lats.

    My bf looks like it has stayed almost the same even though my waist has gone up.

    Not a problem though, the gains are fairly lean and will be able to cut the fat off.

    Have about 1-2 weeks left, may use the last one for some cutting, we'll see....

    Well, i haven't put on much weight lately, I up the cals, but i'm around 3500-3800 right now:

    Here is a sample of what I eat:

    1: oatmeal / whey / flax / cottage cheese

    2: oatmeal / whey / orange

    3: chicken / sweet potatoe / salad (cottage cheese/oil/balasmic as dressing)

    4: tuna / cottage cheese / flax bread / 2 tangerines (Sp?) - PRE

    5: whey / dextrose / creatine - POST

    6: chicken / flax bread / salad

    7: cottage cheese

    All protein portions 45-50g or so, carbs 50-70g, fats total 75g.

    What do you think????


    ONE THING I'M NOT TOO HAPPY WITH:
    Recovery from workouts, i thought my body would recover faster, but i am training 5 days a week till failure, VERY tough workouts.

    Maybe i'll lighten them next week.

    10-14 sets for larger muscles
    6-8 for the smaller ones

    All sets to failure, plus some extra's on last (super's, drops)

    Hi Mark, good to hear things are working out fine.

    Your diet looks quite good. It's actually like mine in terms of protein, carbs and fats. On my cycle I'm not putting much weight but I look harder and a little fuller. Honestly I expected more off it. I'm eating very well and working out hard but not necessarily better than when I'm not on prohormones. I just thought the prohormone would give me an extra noticeable push.

    I think the low amounts of 4ad aren't giving us the extreme edge in the gym. To be honest, I find myself lethargic at times, and only once I start working out, do I find myself hyper.

    I have increased my carbs these past few days, but found it didn't really help much but make me look a bit softer.

    I am going to tone them done for the rest of the time, and try to harden up.

    Yeah, Mark I feel lethargic too. My amount of 4ad is very low. i have upped my carbs too but still find it hard to grow.

    It's a pity but I'm not getting the expected results.

    I'm training heavy and intense.

    I'm doing from 12 to 14 sets for the large bodyparts and 8 for the small ones. Reps range from 6 to 10.

    I usually sleep 7 hours during the week and 8 or 9 on the weekends. But I take a nap every day for 1.5 hours.

    Last week I had a hard time sleeping and I felt very tired. I have rested well this weekend.

    Well I have one day left on this stuff, and the results have been pretty good so far:

    Weight upon wakeup - 198lbs
    starting weight - 188lbs

    Arms over .5" increase, almost at 17" so I was a little short, but very close.

    Waist - 1 inch below belly button, a slight increase, about .25"

    Chest, shoulders, back - really exploded I look a lot bigger, my shoulders have really popped out a lot and it gives me a realy good v-shape even with a shirt on.

    I am pleased with the stuff overall, and will use it again, most likely for cutting.

    Chest, shoulders, back - really exploded I look a lot bigger, my shoulders have really popped out a lot and it gives me a realy good v-shape even with a shirt on.

    I am pleased with the stuff overall, and will use it again, most likely for cutting.
