I must've missed that age part. If you're nearly 43 you either have wonderful genetics or are a prime example of what living a healthy lifestyle will do for you in the long run. Fantastic. The log is wonderful so far as well.

Day 4
NOTES:
Today with my diet it was very hard to keep on track with my goals, I had no
appetite whatsoever. Im trying to avoid starvation mode by getting at least 1500
calories. I took in more fat than I wanted as well. I always feel full no matter what
time of day it is, this is every womens dream, but after my workout I did get
hungry and made up some calories and then felt like a beached whale
WORKOUT NOTES:
Viperspit was my trainer this week and he is kicking my a$$, he is liking his new job
and treating me like im in the military or something! He made me so nervous my
breathing was totally whacked and no matter how hard he tried to get me on track
I kept doing it wrong, needless to say there were many people standing there
waiting to take a class and were entertained by us. I finally got it right after the 3rd
set of military presses.
I am now having to dress lighter as I get very hot during workouts and I am drinking
more water as well, I feel I cannot get in enough.
I feel I had a really good workout and was very tired afterwards. My legs still hurt
from Monday and im sure hoping it subsides before the next leg workout.
By the way, have you ever wondered why manufacturers make toilets so low to
the floor? Why do they do this! After leg workouts I pretty much have to fall on it
and hope I hit it, they need to make them higher up for us bodybuilders!
