Today was supposed to be leg day but I switched with my off day with Tuesday. I had a migraine due to female issues. I skipped the morning dose of Basic Cuts, but took the afternoon dose hoping I would still workout but that didnt happen,

I cannot really brag about feeling great and having tons of energy because it is the (tom) for me, and that boggs me down bad, im just trying to stay on track without messing up my schedule so bad.

No worries, take time and feel better. They do say caffeine mitigates migraines, but I've not met a single female who believes that to be true. Still a stellar log.
