Lets not mix words. Both of ya'll are correct. Cancel your BSN thoughts and look into Controlled Labs, Gaspari and Universal. All are quality companies with better products. JMO.

OP all ya really need at your age is MVI, protein and maybe a little creatine monohydrate. From now until early 20's you will be able to grow faster than you think.
