Arrow some pics - please critique

These are my first pics. I'm 40 yrs old, 5'11", 178lbs. I work out 3 - 4 times per week but haven't gained much. I don't think I am eating enough. The only suppliments I use are Whey protein and multi vitamin. I have attached 3 pics. Two of them flexed and one at rest.

Any comments or suggestions would be great. I will post a back and leg shot soon.

if your looking to gain mass... EAT BIG to GET BIG im currently 185 trying to get 205 im eating about 6-8 meals a day which is what you should be doing if your looking to gain mass... also try peanut butter sandwhiches they were wonders!

i have to agree with the pb sandwich gotta eat and eat a lot. sleep as much as possible and give it time

Thanks for the advice. I do get pleny of sleep. I thought I was eating enough. I guess I'll need to add more calories to my diet.
