Photoshoot Pics!!!!!!!!!!

I had the photoshoot last friday that I was preparing for wich I talked about about 7-8 weeks ago.................

followed laynes precontest article wich helped me a lot...THANKS LAYNE!!
allso used vinegar as my main supplement and i never felt so good...Fisrt time I cut that i gain substancial amounts of muscle........For me it was the vinegar + sprinting that helped this happen together with a 99% perfect diet...

Started diet at 162lbs 5'10'' at abou 10% and on the photoshoot day came in at 161lbs at about 6% bf............really liked the results.........

I just would like to know something that it wasn´t really clear on your article layne......for the next time I cut.......for a 162lbs like me mesomorph you recomend 1800 calories a day for cutting.........but i ate abou 2400 cals a day with the same ratios and lost tons of fat.......does this 1800 cals that you say is for days you don´t train anything ( so you don´t burn any extra cals) or is it for training days too???? because i was training with wheights 4x a week and doing heavy HIIT cardio almost everyday ( sprinting, swiming, soccer and boxing classes)....so i should allways add the burned calories( from lifting and cardio) in that 1800 cals for the days right??? so 2400 calories was reasonable then right?? i wanna make it perfect so next time i come in at 4%bf..............

THANKS EVERYBODY and I APRECIATE THE HELP you guys gave!!!

Looking lean. Could you elaborate on your use of vinegar. I used to take a teaspoon of Bragg's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar before each meal to help with metabolism and digestion. Is this along th same lines you use it for??

I used about 2-3 tbl spoons of apple vinegar before every carb meal except the PWO meal...The bennefits of acetic acid ( vinegar ) are many.....ASWOME anoretic when taking before meals at this dosage i allways felt full and satisfies, It lowers GI of any carb sourse you use because it slows Gastric empyting giving you less insulin than if you didn´t take it, it helps shuttle glycogen in muscle and liver and avoids glycolise making the body rely more in fat for energy then carbs, it allso better muscle and liver insuling resistence, it raises leptin levels and at last is a good anti-oxidant.........For me is the best supplement together with my multi vit-min and I will be using it year round from now on....really cheap too....

with vinegar i allways fell much more pumped all the time and my muscles were allways full even with the caloric deficit .....i never had cut before with out roids..this was the first time that i cut natural and was the time i didn´t lost much wait and maitained full and pumped muscles all the time....for me it is all do to the vinegar.......I LOVE IT!!!

the article is just a guide and the calorie recommendations are just that... guides. The best way to determine what calories to intake is to record your caloric intake and the corresponding amount of weight you lose.
